We can clean while you’re away if you provide access (key, lockbox code, or entry code) and any special instructions. Please secure valuables and let us know about pets; our team is insured and background-checked.

For first visits you can do a quick walkthrough or meet the cleaner if you prefer.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee.

• With 24+ hours’ notice: free reschedule or full refund.

• Less than 24 hours: a cancellation fee may apply.

• Same-day no-shows may be charged the full service.

We service Baltimore and nearby Maryland communities within a 50-mile radius.

For larger jobs or special requests we can travel up to 60 miles (additional travel fee may apply).

Yes, same-day cleanings are available if we have openings.

We want every customer to be happy. Please inspect the work before our team leaves and pay at completion.

If something isn’t right:

• Contact us within 24 hours (call/text phone or email email) and include a brief description and photos.

• We’ll schedule a free touch-up or re-clean within 48 hours.

• If a re-clean doesn’t resolve the issue, a supervisor will review and we can offer a partial refund if appropriate.

• Complaints reported after 24 hours will be handled case-by-case and may not be eligible for complimentary correction.
  

Please note: payment is required at completion. We cannot accept last-minute disputes used to avoid payment; unpaid invoices may be referred for collection and future service may be declined.
